From Inquiry to Delivery
A clear international custom cabinetry process covering design review, quotation, production, quality inspection, professional packing, sea freight, and after-sales support.
Step 1: Inquiry & Free Design Review
Send us your drawings, site measurements, architectural plans, or even rough sketches. Our team will review them for free.
Step 2: Design Confirmation & Quotation
If detailed design work is required, a small design fee may apply, fully credited back toward your final order.
Once the design is confirmed, we provide a clear, competitive quotation including sea freight estimates.
Step 3: Contract & Deposit
We finalise all specifications and drawings. Contract is signed and 30% deposit is paid to start production.
Step 4: Production
Your order enters production in our own factory. Our in-house team ensures precision at every stage.
Step 5: Quality Inspection
Every order goes through strict quality checks and factory trial assembly before packing. We only ship when everything is perfect.
Step 6: Professional Packaging & Shipping
- One cabinet per carton for easy handling
- Each carton includes detailed parts list, labels, and installation manual
- Strong wooden crates with pallets and internal timber framing for maximum protection
- Every crate has clear external labels and a full documentation pouch
We arrange reliable sea freight with complete export documents and tracking.
Step 7: Delivery & After-Sales Support
We provide full tracking, customs clearance guidance, and on-site installation support. Spare parts are available through our local warehouse partners for long-term peace of mind.
